Club Shuttle Service
Snow League Club guests will have access to transportation from town to Buttermilk and back into town on Friday and Saturday, during event hours. The Club shuttle will run on a scheduled loop.
If arriving in a personal vehicle, please be advised that on-site parking at Buttermilk is not available to the public. Please park at the Brush Creek Transit Center and ride the free bus to the event.
Transportation will not be provided for airport transfers, however many of the hotels in town provide free shuttles with reservations. If you need to arrange other transport, please refer to the below options:
- RFTA Bus Service – the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA) is the public transport system in the Roaring Fork Valley, which encompasses Aspen. It provides free service within the city of Aspen, free service to Snowmass Village, and ski shuttles.
- Uber/Lyft – while ride share apps like these are available in Aspen, the wait times can be longer than in major cities
- Taxi – High Mountain Taxi can be reached at 970-925-TAXI
- Downtowner Ride Share – Downtowner is a free, on-demand ride service provided by the City of Aspen. Their service covers downtown Aspen as well as many of the surrounding neighborhoods.
- Ultimate Taxi – for a fun take on a taxi service, the Ultimate Taxi can offer a magical, musical adventure that is also suitable and fun for kids.

Food & Beverage Planning
The detailed competition schedule is currently available, but we would recommend arriving to the Aspen region on Thursday, March 6 and departing Sunday, March 9. There will be separately ticketed Snow League parties on Thursday night (7-11 p.m.) and Saturday during the aprés window (3-7 p.m.), plus a sponsor-hosted fan event on Friday night. More info to come on all of these evening events. If you plan to attend the Thursday night event, we recommend getting an early dinner before heading to this party around 8 – 8:30 p.m.
Food will be available for purchase but it is more of a ‘small plates’ selection than a full-plated dinner. In general, Friday is a good day to consider alternative activities both in the morning and at night. If you want to ski, snowboard, spa, etc. we would suggest you do that in the morning and then come over to the venue (Buttermilk) around noon. This is also a good night to make a reservation for dinner with friends. For dinner on Saturday, we recommend considering a 7:30 – 8 p.m. post aprés dinner time.
