Alessandro Barbieri has emerged as the top U.S. men’s snowboarder in The Snow League, finishing just off the podium in fourth in the first two events. In Aspen, he went head-to-head with Olympic Champion Ayumu Hirano, landing a run he had never put down before. In China, he made history as the first American—and the youngest rider in the world—to land a triple cork 1440 in competition.
Barbieri was promoted to the pro ranks of the U.S. Snowboard Halfpipe Team ahead of the 2024/25 season, during which he earned his first World Cup podium. The rising star is checking boxes and proving he can get it done.
