You could call Luke Harrold a ski prodigy—and he’s living up to it. The Kiwi first made waves in 2023 at just 14, winning the Nor Am Cup at Aspen Snowmass and following it up with a European Cup Premium victory at LAAX. He kicked off the next season with his World Cup debut, finishing an impressive second at China’s Yunding Snow Park becoming the youngest Kiwi freeskier at 15 to achieve a World Cup Podium.
Since then, Harrold hasn’t slowed down. He claimed gold at the 2024 Youth Olympic Winter Games and continues to chase—and occasionally outpace—the established pros, who can’t help but cheer him on. Beyond the halfpipe, Harrold channels his youthful energy into slopestyle and street contests.
