This Is The Snow League

Welcome to the future of winter sports competition and witness the next generation of superstars rise.

The inaugural season of The Snow League will showcase the world’s top winter sports athletes going head-to-head in multiple halfpipe events at some of the most iconic resort locations in the world.

The dramatic competition launched in Aspen Snowmass on March 7-8, 2025, featuring the world’s top snowboarders. Freeskiing will be introduced during the league’s second event in China in December 2025, and will be included in all future events.

Athletes will compete to accumulate points based on their results from each event to be tallied together at the end of the season to crown The Snow League World Champion.

Momentum Series: Road to Aspen

What does it take to be one of the top halfpipe snowboarders in the world? Follow the journeys of Alessandro Barbieri (USA), Gaon Choi (South Korea), and Maddy Schaffrick (USA) as the Snow League began in Aspen Snowmass. Go behind the scenes as our three athletes experience a whole new type of challenging competition, including the head-to-head bracket on Finals Day.
