Food & Beverage Planning

The detailed competition schedule is currently available, but we would recommend arriving to the Aspen region on Thursday, March 6 and departing Sunday, March 9. There will be separately ticketed Snow League parties on Thursday night (7-11 pm) and Saturday during the aprés window (3-7 pm), plus a sponsor-hosted fan event on Friday night. More info to come on all of these evening events. If you plan to attend the Thursday night event, we recommend getting an early dinner before heading to this party around 8 – 8:30 pm.

Food will be available for purchase but it is more of a ‘small plates’ selection than a full-plated dinner. In general, Friday is a good day to consider alternative activities both in the morning and at night. If you want to ski, snowboard, spa, etc. we would suggest you do that in the morning and then come over to the venue (Buttermilk) around Noon. This is also a good night to make a reservation for dinner with friends. For dinner on Saturday, we recommend considering a 7:30 – 8 pm post aprés dinner time.
