Birk Irving has skiing in his DNA. Raised in a family of skiers, he was spinning tricks before most kids learned to turn. A decade deep with the U.S. team, Birk’s résumé already includes two Olympic appearances, advancing to the finals both times and finishing fifth. He also finished fifth at his Snow League debut in China.
He’s stood on the podium, too, as a Youth Olympic gold medalist and with multiple World Cup podium finishes. Armed with technical precision and a trademark laid-back style, Irving has a knack for making the hardest tricks look effortless—something the judges never miss. Bonus: his sister Svea is throwing down in The Snow League, too.
